The Alumni Campaign Giving Funds

How do you want to make a difference?

The Alumni Fund is the primary source through which alumni support Central European University. In giving back to CEU, you have a choice as to where you would like to direct your gift:

A gift to the Alumni Scholarship Fund will further extend the CEU scholarship program to students who demonstrate need, achievement and merit. This fund has awarded more than thirty students with the Alumni Scholarship since 2002.
A gift to a specific academic department or center will help support critical departmental priorities such as attracting new faculty, funding important research, and implementing lecture series.
A gift to the CEU Annual Fund is an unrestricted gift that provides much needed support for the areas of greatest need at CEU.

Every single gift makes a difference. Each contribution, regardless of how it is designated, will have a positive impact on the lives of CEU students. Moreover, alumni contributions, no matter how small, are an important indicator that our alumni continue to believe in our work -- an important message to share with philanthropic organizations considering supporting CEU. What is the CEU Alumni Campaign?
The CEU Alumni Campaign is an annual fundraising program for alumni and friends. Over the last seven years, alumni have contributed more than $140,000 to the Alumni Campaign. As a result, 19 students have received Alumni Scholarships and been given the opportunity to study at CEU.
